- Subscription Cancellation
Customers may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellations can be done through by contacting our support team at e-mail support@tascu.com. Upon cancellation, the subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, after which it will not renew.
- No Refunds
As a SaaS provider, we offer our services on a subscription basis, which grants immediate access to our software and associated services. Due to the nature of our offerings, we do not provide refunds for any subscription fees already paid. By subscribing to our service, you acknowledge and agree that you will not be entitled to a refund of any portion of the subscription fee under any circumstances.
- Service Usage and Benefits
Upon subscription, you gain immediate access to our software, which you may use to its full extent. Given the potential for immediate benefit and the ability to derive profit from our service, our no-refund policy ensures that all customers are treated fairly and equitably.
- Exceptional Circumstances
In rare and exceptional cases, such as documented technical issues that prevent access to our service, we may consider a partial or full refund at our sole discretion. Requests for refunds under such circumstances must be submitted in writing to our customer support e-mail support@tascu.com within 14 days of the issue occurring.
